When you know the Lord is working because he so graciously gives you little glimmers, you are grateful.
When your hope is in Crist alone, you smile.
When you don’t want to miss any moment in time, and your heart is changing, you praise the Lord through tear-filled, joyful eyes.
When God uses you and your story to encourage someone else, you stand in awe.
When God pieces things together in a way that only he would know is redeeming parts of your story, you weep.
When the Lord opens doors to have conversations that you know are and will impact his Kingdon and the next generation, you sing his praises all the day long.
When God meets you in the intimate of ways, you heal.
When you open your heart up to love those around you as Christ loves you, you are blessed beyond measure.
When you decide to walk in the ways of the Lord, you set aside comfort for a life abundant.
On the narrow path to eternity with Christ, we encounter suffering and hardships which can lead us in two directions. Closer to God our Father. A deeper dependence and trust in him that allows for us to experience the overwhelming joy of the Lord that is our strength or we go down the path of doing things our own way, which leads to pride and selfishness and destruction.
Not that I don’t take things into my own hands sometimes, but as I grow closer to God and as I experience his goodness more, I want to fight for the right to P-A-R-T-Y with Jesus!!!! And see all that he has for my life. To walk by his side. To do his work. To live fully and forgiven. To dance and praise his name forever!!!
